Hurghada Salon Culinaire is an annual competition organized for the fourth time by the Red Sea Chefs Chapter, under the umbrella of the ECA.
The competition gathers chefs from different hotels in Hurghada, El Gouna and Sahl Hasheesh to showcase their talent and share industry best practices.
The workshop was led by lead trainer Essam Sayed, Chairman of Red Sea Chefs Chapter, with the able assistance of three chefs from the host hotel. Pastry chef, Yasser Abdel Aal, kitchen artist, Ishaq Tharwat and demi-chef Mohamed Farag presented best culinary and kitchen practices and offered advice on creative recipes and presentation techniques for those participating in Hurghada Salon Culinare ’13.

All twenty delegates successfully passed the theoretical exam and received a certification from the Egyptian Chefs Association, as well as good luck and best wishes from the entire team at Hilton Hurghada Plaza.
