Nawras commended for Omanisation achievements

The event at Al Bustan Palace hotel, took place to recognise the Omanisation efforts of leading private sector companies and organisations. A large number of dignitaries joined the business community on this special occasion.

Nawras was thrilled to be given a certificate of appreciation together with an eye-catching trophy from the Ministry of Manpower, in recognition of the strategy and practices on Omanisation in place at this award-winning company.

Mohammed Rabia Al-Ghailani, chief people officer, received the acknowledgement on behalf Nawras.

He said:

Back in 2005 Nawras launched with just 250 enthusiastic people, the majority of whom had no mobile company experience whatsoever. In contrast, today Nawras directly employs over 650 professionals who are living the customer experience every day.
