The M&M Group are a major company in the events business and their recent development of a new nightclub at the Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza is their latest venture which is sure to be a success. The new club called Tribe, aims to provide an alternative offering with the Kandy Club experience, which is unmatched as of today.
In order to meet the sound pressure level requirements of the relatively large venue, M&M decided to opt for the Phoenix system after several system tests. The Phoenix series addresses the needs of sound professionals looking for high SPL capabilities, reduced distortion and constant coverage. Using second generation Manifold Technology and all-new DVX woofer design, the Phoenix series has been designed and engineered as a complete system offering sonic purity and extreme reliability.
“EV is well known in applications like high-end concert touring, festivals, stadiums, shopping malls and hotels,” said Chicco Hiranandani, Business Development Manager at NMK. “With the same pedigree and the right products, it is only natural that EV be a force to be reckoned with in the club market. There are numerous well-known and successful venues that already use EV.”
He added, “M&M have made the right choice with going for the Phoenix system as it is powerful, durable as well as plug and play. Allowing them to focus on managing the club rather than the sound system.”
