Kuwait Projects Co (Kipco) has said the initial public offering of OSN, the pay-TV company valued at $4.3bn by Arqaam Capital, is set to start within weeks, as Middle East equity valuations improve, Bloomberg has reported. “Kipco as a shareholder will go ahead with the IPO,” the company’s Vice Chairman, Faisal Al Ayyar, told reporters today in Kuwait City. “The company is ripe and the market condition now is right. We start the process within a few weeks and are hoping to finish by either the end of the third quarter or early fourth quarter.”
