CBRE, the global real estate consulting firm, was recently awarded the contract for property management and retail leasing for Enma Mall, Riffa, Bahrain.
Prominently situated in East Riffa, Enma Mall, a three-level contemporary style shopping mall comprising 27,000m2 of retail space, is anchored by high profile retailers including Geant Hypermarket, Red Tag and Sharaf DG. The mall also features a number of independent outlets, a wide range of casual dining options, coffee shops and a 500 seater food court.

Reinforcing its position as a leader in real estate sales and leasing, CBRE Bahrain also announced the appointments of Heather Longden as Assistant Manager, Sales & Agency and Michelle Dickinson to fulfil retail leasing and promotional duties at Enma Mall.

In addition, CBRE expanded its residential leasing team with the appointment of Kirsty Leask as Leasing Agent, to focus on the key areas of Juffair, Adliya and Mahooz, but with particular emphasis on the popular Amwaj Islands project. Kirsty joins the highly regarded Coryn Hellewell in the firm’s residential team.
