1.OSP technical works on survey/design, implementation and acceptance; 2.Support on fabricating and revising OSP E2E master plan and rollout tracking sheet; 3.Work on the OSP technical training and guidance to project staffs during E2E OSP implementation; 4.Support to PM/RPM in OSP technical process and OSP work detail execution mangement & control; 5.Collect customer requirement regarding OSP work process; 6.Daily report to PM/RPM/IM; 7.Organize subcontractor meeting and tutor subcontract's work with OSP supervisor in the field; 8.Manage OSP implementation team and supervisors in the region; 9.Guarantee the regional implementation team following the PIP, work process and quality standard;

Operational Duties Personnel Management Public Relations Budget & Cost General Duties Maintains communication between governing boards, medical staff, and department heads by attending meetings and coordinating interdepartmental functioning. Represents the Hospital in its relationship with other health agencies, organizations, groups, government agencies, and third party payers. Participates in Hospital medical staff committee meetings as required. Attends and serves on appropriate professional/ community organizations as Hospital representative. Performs all other activities and assignments as decided by the Executive Committee/ Board.
Manages global HR issues related to organizational operations. Supervise HR Team at HQ with field oversight Develop and monitor annual departmental budget, goals and objectives and annual operational/work planfor both HR and Administration teams Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR related transactions Plans, implements, and manages the human resources functions, including recruiting, employee relations, regulatory compliance -domestic & global compensation, benefits, staff development, and employee communications Oversees administrativeoffice staff in maintaining files and centralize databases Oversees office manager as point person on ERP system for HR and admin department.
