Chef Tran was born and raised in Vietnam where he discovered his passion for cookery at an early stage in his life. He enrolled in a specialized school where he learnt the secrets of genuine Vietnamese food before he worked in several hotels. His career as a prominent chef crystallized at Grand Hyatt Dubai.
Upon taking his new position in Jordan, Chef Tran said that he was excited to join a reputable hotel like Grand Hyatt Amman, “especially after what I heard from my new colleagues about the high tastes of Indochine’s guests”.
