Emaar Financial Services has successfully Emiratised 75 % of the top management positions, 44 % of medium level and 28% of office administrative functions. However, the most remarkable success was in the Financial Brokerage Section, where 91% of posts have been Emiratised.
Moreover, Emaar Financial Services is working towards developing and promoting a UAE National Human Resource workforce in a belief that the recruitment of Nationals will only serve in the best interest of the company and the National economy as a whole.
