For the first time in the UAE, more than half a million customers who frequent Emarat service stations in Dubai will be able to catch interactive advertisements on the state of the art LED screens which 24 Group intends to install at 40 of the Emarat Service Stations in Dubai.
Emarat has recently signed an exclusive contract with 24 Group, one of the leading advertising groups in the Dubai in order to proceed with this project which is scheduled to be completed by November 2014. A total of 40 LED screens which will have a visible advertising area of approximately seven square meters each will be installed at selected Emarat service stations. The screens are of the latest generation of LED advertising screens, and will be considered a leap in the advertising industry, taking the whole concept of advertising to a new level of image perfection and innovation.
Dr. Rahma bin Mohammed Al Shamsi, Retail Sales Manager Emarat, said that this contract will allow the advertising market in Dubai to enter a whole new phase via the use of the latest LED technology at primes Emarat sites in Dubai, where customers are able to notice the ads on the go. This will also provide our sites a more modern look and feel and allow us to interact with customers. The screens will allow commercial advertising and can also be used to drive awareness for social and safety events when required.
Mr. Fadi Mohammed from 24 Group also said that the contract is the fruit of a long relationship with Emarat, as 24 Group is committed to the provision of the latest technology in the advertising sector in accordance with the highest international standards. He further added that such an integrated screen system is being installed for the first time in the UAE, with such size and primarily at such a strategic channel where captive audience is available for such advertising.
Mr. Fadi Mohammed also said that these screens will attract the attention of every motorist which fuels at Emarat as they will be installed in highly visible spots, and people will be able to see them during night and day due to the high resolution quality of the displays. The screens are capable of playing videos, news and most modern formats of advertising and it is expected that it will open a new and effective channel of communication between the advertisers and the customers.
