Emirates Bank set to showcase its service suite at Gitex 2005

The bank will participate at the show with its subsidiaries and partner companies.

During GITEX Dubai 2005, Emirates Bank will introduce Etisalat instant payment services via Cash Deposit Machines to complement its existing online service. The facility will offer consumers instantaneous payment to Etisalat consumer accounts for telephone bills, Internet bills, GSM bills, Wasel recharge and Wasel renewal.

Abduallah Qassem, General Manager, I.T. Operations, said “This GITEX, Emirates Bank will have a cohesive presence with its subsidiaries and partners, and will demonstrate its collective ability to cater to individual customers as well as corporate clients by unveiling a new portfolio of trading tools, banking products and outsourcing capabilities.”

E-Commerce and Trade Services Middle East, a joint venture company between Emirates Bank and ECTS Ltd will be present at the Emirates Bank stand to run an end-to-end demonstration of its trade finance outsourcing solution while Network LLC, a member of the Emirates Bank Group of companies will also take advantage of GITEX to demonstrate its Europay MasterCard and Visa Certified Card Processing and Issuing Solutions. Buzz Contact Centre Solutions, subsidiary of Emirates Bank will look to demystify their call centre and transaction processing services at GITEX by running a VOIP demonstration to emphasize the cost-saving and productivity enhancing advantages of their cross-utilizing solutions.
