E-Vision will introduce key technologies and new segmented and targeted channels whilst its management will present the strategies, vision and tools that have helped it to achieve leadership in customer service across the UAE’s competitive Pay-TV marketplace.
At E-Vision’s dedicated 80 square metre stand in Hall 4, it will showcase upgrades to its Electronic Programme guide, and Customer Messaging Systems and introduce new customers to the power of IPTV. These technologies reinforce E-Vision’s ability to engage in dialogue with its customers and provide an even greater and richer television experience.
E-Vision is also preparing to introduce a series of new and exciting channels targeting the diversified communities of the UAE. Its new service offerings will take E-Vision’s channel offering to over 15 packages plus many ‘al a carte’ options. These partnerships and launches continue the company’s strategy of providing rich content, supported by excellent customer service.
