Etisalat, the UAE’s leading telecom provider, has opened a new branch in Al Ain in line with its strategy of expanding its footprint, enriching customer experience and satisfaction.
The Al Ain branch was inaugurated by Etisalat Chairman Eissa Mohamed Al Suwaidi and Etisalat UAE CEO Saleh Al Abdooli in the presence of top officials and staff members. The opening is an important part of the telecom major’s strategy to offer customers an engaging, enjoyable and contemporary retail experience in all its business centers and outlets.
On the occasion, Al Suwaidi said: “The opening of this new branch is part of our prudent strategy to meet the growing needs of new and existing customers including individuals and businesses from government and private sectors.”
He pointed out that there would be major changes in Etisalat this year to achieve record levels of customer satisfaction.
“The opening of the new branch comes in light of the rapid economic growth in various sectors and the scope for development in Al Ain. The new branch aims to enhance customer satisfaction by offering an engaging experience that fulfills all needs and expectations.”
He also mentioned that the new branch has been designed according to world-class standards, and is the first step towards replicating the experience at all points of sale and Etisalat’s business centers across the UAE.

Featuring an inviting, wide-open façade, the new store design presents Etisalat’s ‘Life: Connected’ as a series of interactive experiences within a warm and friendly environment. The e-Life area allows visitors to explore Etisalat’s eLife TV and OnDemand services in the comfort of a ‘home-room’ setting.
Service is delivered more efficiently via a central triage desk, clearly visible from the exterior, allowing staff to diagnose needs and direct customers to different zones, streamlining their journey based on their reason for visiting. An interactive wall equipped with screens helps people learn more about mobile products, devices, and service bundles that Etisalat offers.
Etisalat’s services are presented as mini-experiences via category hotspots, with devices and services presented in the context of how people will use them.
The new branch is the latest addition to Etisalat’s numerous business centres, sales outlets, customer service centres and official agents located all over the UAE. Etisalat’s centres and branches provide a wide range of services including fixed line, mobile line, internet, eLife TV double and triple bundles, and the latest smart devices, in addition to many other high-value, flexible package options.
