Bahrain’s Manara Developments has said over 80% of phase two of the Wahat Al Muharraq villas project has been sold out, Gulf Daily News has reported. “Phase two of Wahat Al Muharraq meets the requirements of Bahraini families in terms of modern interior and exterior designs with a close eye directed towards environmentally cautious construction,” said the firm’s managing director, Dr Hasan Al Bastaki. The second phase of the development features 139 villas, of which 38 are attached, 77 are semi-attached, and 24 are detached. The launch of the third phase of Wahat Al Muharraq project will be announced in the near future after the design layouts were completed, he added.
