Arcancil Paris, the make-up artist brand since 1935, hosted an afternoon of colour and make up animations in Dubai. Led by celebrity make-up artist Morgane Hilgers, the fun afternoon saw attendees enjoy different styles of trendy, modern and glamourous looks perfected for various occasions using a range of Arcancil products which are at the leading edge of color and texture innovations.
Arcancil Paris’ history is the history of a brand which has managed to stay, over the years, true to its values: offering to women of every age, young and less young, makeup products manufactured in the best French and European laboratories at affordable prices. It is a leading brand for eye make-up especially with the launch of the Kohl Kajal- the kohl in a stick in a black matt case enhanced by a ribbon of black satin. The product became the symbol of the revival of the brand. With the Kohl Kajal, Arcancil joined in the trend of “smoky eyes”.
For the last two years, Arcancil Paris has been collaborating with the celebrity makeup artist Morgane Hilgers who is also the ambassadress for the brand. This association shows the desire of the Parisian brand to strengthen its image of expert makeup and to always develop leading products.
According to Morgane Hilgers, “Make-up can be artistic, fun or festive, but it must always convey emotions and I get great satisfaction in highlighting expressions through make up.”
Hilgers was joined by Pauline Aragon, Arcancil’s make-up artist based in Dubai. Aragon has trained at Make Up Design Academy and worked for fashion shows and television events.
