Irish staff and employees of leading MEP contracting company, Mercury MENA, participated in the annual St. Patrick’s Day Ball at the Gulf Hotel, Bahrain . Organised by the Bahrain Irish Society, the St. Patrick’s Day Ball honouring the patron saint of Ireland, features a lavish Irish inspired fare, music and traditional celebrations that mark the day all over the world.
Every year on March 17, Irish people across the globe observe the feast day, which has now become an international festival celebrating Irish culture with parades, dancing and special foods and drinks usually dyed the representative Irish green. Mercury MENA’s Irish and Irish-at-heart staff and employees got into the spirit of the festivities and enjoyed the evening of fun and celebration.
Chief Communications Officer, Ms. Rhizlaine Benabid wished the Irish community of Mercury MENA saying, “Traditions are important for us just as they are in a family. These celebrations bring us closer together and build a positive morale within the company.
