A leading international company just recently established in the Middle East with a small presence has an opening for the role of PA to the Managing Director.
- Giving full administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director. - Handling all administrative and personal documentations for the MD. - Performs personal assistant duties to the MD as directed. - Meeting and greeting clients and visitors for the MDs office. - Prepares, edit and distribute itineraries, letters, memo and keep track of RSVPs for events and meetings making sure that things are not overlooked MD. - Organize, maintain and manage business itineraries, arrangements for meetings and appointments; arrange meeting venue and time; notify all parties concerned to ensure their attendance and compliance with scheduled meeting. - Organizing business travel, itineraries, transport, flight bookings and MD and staff. - Responsible for the day to day diary management for the MD. - Set-up and maintain paper and electronic filing system for records correspondence and other material. - Screen telephone calls for MD; answers questions, takes messages and deals with enquiries in a professional manner and always with confidentiality. - Responsible for preparing reports and presentations. - Updating and maintain the holiday, absence and training records of the staff. - Setting up and coordinating meetings and conferences. - Organizing business travel, itineraries, transport, flight bookings and accommodation for the Department Managers and employees.
- Prefer UK/Australian. - Must have prior experience in Assisting Top Management People. - Must be well organized with experience working for multinational companies.
