A student delegation from Japan, comprising junior and senior school children, visited the Dubai Mall branch of Yoku Moku in Dubai as part of a UAE study tour. The tour comprised an educational journey on how the leading confectionary brand from Japan is expanding its market share and presence across the UAE.
The group of about 8-10 students from Japan also interacted with the officials and staff of Yoku Moku to learn about their strategy and orientation in line with the UAE market requirements and demands of the regional clientele. They also discussed the growth plans of Yoku Moku in the UAE, where the brand currently operates ten outlets – four in Abu Dhabi, five in Dubai and one at Al Ain Mall.
The Sales Director at Alsa Lifestyle Anas Abo Jeab, the exclusive distributor of Yoku Moku in the region, said, “We are privileged to host the students from Japan at our Yoku Moku branch in Dubai. During the visit, we provided an overview of our growth strategy in the UAE. Behind Yoku Moku name stands a genuine wish to bring warmth to every house with each box of its distinguished delights and this is what makes us unique in this dynamic UAE market.”
He added, “Since our incorporation in 1969 and our introduction in the region in 2012, we have charmed everyone with our signature buttery, crunchy cookies, assortments and seasonal products. We bring a home-made feel with our unique taste and natural ingredients and this continues to be our unique selling proposition in the UAE.”
