Egypt allocates land for EGP3bn tourism projects

Egypt’s Tourism Development Authority (TDA) has has approved the allocation of land in Ain Al-Sokhna and Ras Sudr for five touristic projects to be set up with an investment of around EGP3bn, Daily News Egypt has reported. The projects include building a global wellness centre that will comprise hotels, restaurants, and apartments over 215,000 sq m of land. They also include the construction of a marina that links the South Abo El Darag area to Ain El-Sokhna, as well as another one that links Nakhella and Ras Sudr.
