Responsible for Sustaining and increasing Sales revenue from Existing Customers and New customers in Middle East and north Africa, needs to have excellent knowledge and experience in Vsat and Telecom services, and must have the capacity to grow business by effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing and decision making to attain desirable profit making results.
Work to implement VSAT sales strategy to the MENA market. Sustaining and increasing all core business opportunities and penetration to achieve vertical growth and increased market share. Exploring new potential revenue opportunities to develop new services contributing to the overall horizontal growth of the company Managing and capitalizing on key partners& monitoring customer satisfaction Expand business relationships to achieve forecast requirements. Grow sales revenue profitability. Maintain pipelines and sales forecasts. Providing detailed reports & charts of partner's performance every month Analyzing competitor processes in marketing, pricing and delivery Monitor and report on the activities of competitors and potential collaborators and to identify business opportunities and threats.
- Organize and coordinate the writing and sending of correspondence, Emails. - File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. - Prepare the agenda for various meetings - Attend meetings in order to record minutes. - Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings. - Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, and boards of directors. - Recommend solutions to management. - Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, management systems, and performing basic book keeping work. - Make travel arrangements for executives. - Manage and maintain executives' schedules. - Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, and/or presentation software. - Set up and oversee administrative policies and procedures for offices and/or organizations.Supervise and train other clerical staff. - Review operating practices and procedures in order to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditures.
