Indian developer launches $4bn mixed-use project in Dubai

Indian real estate developer, Sobha Developers has announced the launch of a new mixed-use development within Dubai’s Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum City, Khaleej Times has reported. Located just three kilometres from Burj Khalifa, the $4bn exclusive Sobha Hartland community has more than 30% of the 185-acre project dedicated to green living and is now offering its luxury homes for sale. The project will offer 282 contemporary L-shaped villas and mid- and high-rise apartments, as well as 18 low-rise apartment buildings, a few high-rise buildings, three hotels and two international schools, Sobha Group vice-chairman, Ajay Rajendran, told the daily.
