KSA allocates land in Madinah for housing projects

Saudi Arabia’s municipal and rural affairs ministry has given the housing ministry 8.5 million square meters of land in Madinah to build homes for Saudi citizens, Arab News has reported. The first property of 4.6m sq m is along King Abdulaziz Road and the other is 3.9m sq m on Hail Road, north of Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport. The housing ministry is to carry out various surveys and tests, particularly to ensure houses are safe from flooding, said the report.
