Saudi Arabia to set up special real estate courts

The Saudi justice ministry is preparing for the establishment of specialised courts to settle real estate disputes, Saudi Gazette has reported. To be established next year in a number of major cities, the courts will handle issues concerning disputes over land appropriations, land deeds, differences between tenants and landlords on delayed rents, evictions and complaints about building destruction, in addition to others.
