Smith and Ken Estate Agents awarded the Property Finder Millennium Club Award for Generating the Most Leads in the UAE Region.
Smith & Ken Estate Agents has won the Millennium Club Award 2014. This is the 1st prize awarded to the Real Estate Agency with the most leads generated on Property Finder in the entire year of 2013. With nearly 20,000 leads (over 1600 leads/month) achieved for 2013, Smith & Ken Estate Agents has beaten over 80 big contenders, including Better Homes to take home this acclaimed award. The Property Finder Awards Ceremony was held in Dubai on Tuesday the 25th of February at the luxurious Anantara South Residences on the Palm.
The award means that Smith & Ken Estate Agents, Sellers and Landlords are given the best chance in Dubai to successfully sell or rent their property. It also demonstrates that in the Real Estate market Smith & Ken Estate Agents is the most sought after company in Dubai. This award further cements Smith & Ken’s strong hold in the market and goes to demonstrate that there is strong brand equity with the Smith & Ken name.
