Abu Dhabi’s Aldar Properties Q3 net profit gains 17.9 per cent

  • SICO Bahrain forecast Aldar would make a quarterly profit of AED480.26m

 

Abu Dhabi’s Aldar Properties reported a 17.9 percent increase in third-quarter attributable net profit on Tuesday, according to a bourse filing.

Net profit attributable to the owners was AED747.8 million ($203.6m) for the three months to Sept. 30, compared with a profit of AED634.3m in the year-ago period.

Total net profit for the period rose by 16 percent to AED737.1m from AED638.2m in the corresponding three months of last year.

SICO Bahrain forecast Aldar would make a quarterly profit of AED480.26m, and EFG Hermes expected earnings of AED682.06m.
