Alert: New affordable property launched in Dubai

Dubai-based developer Danube Properties has launched their new AED 400 million project ‘Miraclz’ located in the close vicinity of one of the world’s largest natural flower garden.

The new project features 591 apartment units ranging from studio to two bedroom apartments.

This comes following the success of its previous projects, namely Dreamz, Glitz 1, 2 and 3, Starz and Glamz, the developer said.

All the units in the new tower will be fully furnished and equipped with modular furniture, where the living room turns into a bedroom with a full-sized bed at night.

Studio apartments in the project, located at Arjaan neighborhood close to  Dubai Miracle Garden, is priced from AED450,000. Customer can opt for a 1 per cent payment plan, which allows them to pay as low as AED4500 per month.

“We started out two years ago and have been promoting ‘stop renting and start owning’ mantra and have received phenomenal response,” said Rizwan Sajan, Founder & Chairman of Danube Group while commenting on the new property launch.

Sajan added that the new residential complex will provide residents with a number of amenities, including retail spaces, a swimming pool with stunning water features and breathtaking city views, a fully-equipped health club with steam, sauna and massage bathtub, platform tennis court, badminton court and an amphitheater, among others.
