Corporate governance refers to the structures and processes for the direction and control of companies. Corporate governance concerns the relationships among the management, Board of Directors, controlling shareholders, minority shareholders and other stakeholders. Good corporate governance contributes to sustainable economic development by enhancing the performance of companies and increasing their access to outside capital. Topics include the roles and responsibilities of Directors and Senior Managers, the importance of transparency, disclosures by listed companies, and how to build effective corporate governance structures.

Board Members, Senior Executives, Head of Business Units, and Compliance Internal Control Team Members. The course would be delivered in English. The trainers are bilingual and if required will be able to answer questions in Arabic.
