AMRB, a research consultancy part of Kantar Group, has announced the launch of a client service hub in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The agency, headquartered in Dubai, has had Operations offices in Jeddah and Riyadh since 2001, and has now expanded its presence in the Kingdom with the set up a local client service hub. In addition to UAE and KSA, AMRB has presence in Egypt, Algeria and Morocco.
AMRB CEO Gagan Bhalla said “Saudi Arabia is the largest market in the MENA region. So far, we were servicing this market remotely from Dubai, but we increasingly felt the need to have locally based client servicing capabilities, so that we could be closer to our clients in the Kingdom. Riyadh was the natural choice of location as many potential clients within the telecom, financial services and F&B sector are headquartered here. We hope that we will be able to rapidly ramp up our CS capabilities in Saudi Arabia, in keeping with the growth of the business”.
AMRB’s Client Service Director in KSA, Ashish Arora said “Opening up the CS office in Riyadh will enable us to be more responsive to the requirements of locally based clients. It is our endeavor to raise the bar when it comes to servicing benchmarks, by leveraging AMRB’s understanding of the local market and at the same time offering cutting edge insights due to our lineage.”
Elaborating further, Gagan said “The hub in Riyadh is our fourth CS location, after Dubai, Cairo and Casablanca – this, in many ways, completes our presence within the region, as we are now able to offer our clients local servicing teams in key markets across Middle East & North Africa”.
