Senior Manager, Direct Sales at Kuwait Finance House (KFH), Meshari Al-Alban, explained that Direct Sales Unit plays a significant role in consolidating KFH’s leading position in retail market by exerting efforts to expand the market share and offer the best services in different places.
He added, “In a press statement, that Direct Sales Unit offers opportunities to acquire new clients through setting up KFH booths in vital places.”
Al-Alban added, “In the occasion of KFH’s availability through a special booth at Al-Ahmadi Hospital, that KFH targets Rubban, Sundus and Tammayyuz clients segments to promote the bank’s products and services offered to every segment.”
He went on to say: “A specialized team from the Direct Sales Unit will be available at the booth until mid-September to provide clients with sufficient information about the offers, not to mention answering their queries and hearing their suggestions.”
