Saudi Arabia’s National Anti-Corruption Commission (Nazaha) has said it plans to probe Saudi sport clubs, the Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee and financial departments affiliated with the General Presidency for Youth Welfare, in a bid to ensure they are free of corruption, Arab News has reported. Nazaha will review their financial statements, as part of the commission’s plans to focus more on the sports sector in the wake of corruption allegations that have circulated among sport establishments.
