QIB, Qatar’s leading Islamic bank, has partnered with Visa to offer its customers the chance to go with a companion to the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
Running under the theme of “Living the FIFA World Cup Moment”, QIB will be staging different promotions for their existing and potential customers over the next three months, focusing on customers’ main products like financing, credit cards, e-channels in addition to liabilities transfer for a chance to attend one of the football matches in association with Visa.
The Bank will be offering thirty packages, each package consisting of two match tickets, three nights hotel accommodation on double occupancy, transportation for two from Hotel to the match venue, and one return airline ticket to Brazil, to the hosting city. The 60 match tickets to one of the world’s biggest sporting extravaganzas are distributed across the stages, where different winners will get the chance to attend the opening match, group matches, round 16, quarter finals, semi-finals, 3rd place match and finally two lucky winners will win the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see the FIFA World Cup finals.
The tournament itself runs from the 12th June to the 13th July 2014, when a total of 64 matches are to be played in twelve cities across Brazil. The winners’ announcement will take place end of each month and the promotional campaigns will start in February till end of April.
