Warba Bank yesterday held a Gala Dinner at the Jumeirah Hotel to honor Retail Banking Group’s top performers in recognition of their outstanding contributions in 2013.
During the ceremony, Jassar Dakheel Al Jassar, Warba Bank’s Vice Chairman & CEO, said: “Warba Bank’s team exceeded all expectations and deserves to be acknowledged for their world-class customer service and quick processing of transactions, which help to position Warba Bank among the top Islamic banks in Kuwait in a very short period.”
Al Jassar expressed his gratitude to the top performers for their meritorious efforts and performance, applauding their serious compliance, during 2013, with the professional principles adopted by the bank as part of its strategy to innovate an advanced approach for customer service while maintaining the quality of the services offered by the bank.
Al Jassar concluded his speech by encouraging the recognized employees to exert more efforts and develop their professional performance in order to meet customers’ expectations and gain customers’ confidence.
During the ceremony, Adnan Salman Al Salem, Chief Retail Banking Officer in Warba Bank, said: “The achievements made by Warba Bank’s employees in 2013 are attributable to the bank’s confidence in the employees, and to the employees’ commitment towards promoting the bank. At the end of the ceremony, Al Jassar presented certificates of appreciation to the honored top performers, whishing them and the whole bank continuous cooperation and progress.
