Bahrain to build new school in Malkiya

Bahraini education minister has announced plans to build a Primary and Intermediate School for Girls in Malkiya, as part of GCC Development Programme, Gulf Daily News has reported. The four-storey state-of-the-art school covers an area of 15,876 sq m, with 36 classrooms to accommodate 1,260 students. It includes a multi-purpose room, administrative offices, science, computer pottery and agriculture laboratories, cafeteria, central air-conditioning, a parking space for 41 cars, four lifts and four staircases.
