French School to come up in Oman

The French Embassy in Oman and the Agency for French Teaching Abroad (AEFE) have laid the foundation stone for the French School at the Airport Heights, Times of Oman has reported. The new French international school will comprise 25 classrooms, four science laboratories, a library, common facilities, a 200 sq m gymnasium, a swimming pool and a student cafeteria. It is expected to host up to 450 students in all class levels. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2015.
