The stand of Julphar (Gulf Pharmaceutical Industries), the UAE leading pharmaceutical company in the MENA region, at Tawdheef 2014 took center stage as a huge number of local youth have turned out to learn more about Julphar and the excellent careers they could build at the UAE first and only pharmaceutical company.
Julphar participated at Tawdheef 2014, which ended yesterday in Abu Dhabi, for the second consecutive year to meet local talent as the company seeks to increase the number of local employees currently forming 10 pc of the total staff employed by the company.

As part of its Emiratization plan, Julphar Training Center (JTC) launched in 2012 the Sheikh Faisal Leadership Program, specifically designed to grow Emirati leaders to assume managerial positions and take part in the decision making process. The training program seeks to equip local staff with much needed skills for communication, management and leadership, human resources management, finance management, presentation skills, quality and excellence management and English.
