Baytik Industrial Oasis becomes home to new 750,000 meter pipe per day manufacturing facility
Baytik Industrial Oasis Company WLL, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kuwait Finance House – Bahrain (KFHB) is delighted to announce that ELCOS, a subsidiary of Spanish based Aiscan S.L, a leading international pipe manufacturing company has leased 4,800 square meters of light industrial units at its state of the art modular Baytik Industrial Oasis leasing complex (BIO), situated in Bahrain International Investment Park (BIIP), Hidd.
ELCOS from this newly established facility will produce 750,000 meters of pipes and accessories daily to meet the growing needs within the GCC market. The company’s products are approved by AENOR (the national accreditation body in Spain) and SASO (Saudi Standard Organization). Furthermore, all products are manufactured according to International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) Standards.

The facility is let out and managed by CBRE under the direct supervision of the KFHB’s investment team.
Commenting on the new lease with ELCOS, Mr. Steve Mayes, Director, Sales & Agency for CBRE said, “BIO is an attractive location in Bahrain for industrial companies who wish to take advantage of the free zone benefits available within BIIP and close proximity to air, land and sea ports. BIO is witnessing an increasing occupancy. Currently, there are only a limited number of unoccupied units for which we are receiving a large number of enquiries.”
The units in BIO which extends over total area of 54,000 square meters are provided in modular, ready-to-occupy, shell presentation for tenant’s fit out, with all services connected. Individual units, from 2114 square metres can be leased by contacting CBRE.
