This gives traders added value that boosts their business returns as the trade across Dubai.”
DP World, UAE Region COO further noted that “Such bilateral coordination meetings aim to avoid any duplication of procedures, so that traders will not have to bear unnecessary extra costs. This will help maintain Dubai’s position as the gateway for the region and an international hub with cost-effective services offered to traders and investors.”
The fast shift by Dubai Government’s agencies into the ambitious phase of delivering fully smart public services, as part of Dubai Smart Strategy, is fostering effective coordination and cooperation between Dubai Customs and DP World. Both organizations are now offering their services to customers through cutting-edge smart technology, which minimizes paperwork and expedites transactions delivery.
