Bin Essa will assume the position from Abdulla Al Gurg who has accepted the role of Group General Manager for the Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group.
Bin Essa brings a wealth of experience in strategic management and operations to the landmark development. In his new position, Bin Essa will be responsible for strategic planning, business development and operations, while overseeing community design and construction. He will also manage all vital partnerships and investor relations for the pioneering golf community.
In addition to his new appointment as Project Director The Tiger Woods Dubai, Bin Essa will continue as Director of Operations for Dubailand, where he is responsible for operations, management and investor relations at the 3bn square foot development.
Prior to his appointment at Dubailand, Bin Essa was the General Manager, Strategic Business Development and Risk Management, Majid Al Futtaim Properties. Bin Essa also has an extensive background in finance through his involvement in Business Development at the Dubai International Financial Exchange (DIFX).
