RTKL has appointed John Robertson Ncarb, AIA, as General Manager of the office. Mr. Robertson joined RTKL in 2005, and has extensive experience in the region. His leadership and strategic foresight have been instrumental in growing the firm’s Middle East portfolio and forging relationships with leading developers and investors.
