Aramis has a vast experience in the Food & Beverage industry which he has gained from working in various international hotels including the Luxury Collection Grand Hotel and Westin Excelsior in Florence, Italy, the St. Regis Washington D.C., the St. Regis New York and the Hotel President Wilson in Geneva, Switzerland.
A Swiss national and a graduate of Starwood’s Vita Futura Management program, Aramis enjoys the liberty of inspiration and innovation in the gastronomic field. His greatest challenge is to keep up with the latest culinary trends while not loosing the traditional taste and identity of his cuisine.
In his new role, Aramis together with the Food & Beverage Manager of the hotel will be in-charge of the food and beverage outlets of the hotel including the room service and banquet operation.
In addition he will be implementing new food promotions that will aim at creating a unique guest experience for the clientele of the Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort.
