She will report into Alfredo Alonso, Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO) for Global Corporate in the Middle East and Keith Thomas, Chief Underwriting Officer for Global Corporate Financial Lines.
Sophie has fourteen years of diverse experience in Financial Lines, with her first role being a D&O underwriter with UAP Executive Partners. Subsequently, she worked with AXA Switzerland as Financial Lines Underwriter responsible for the Swiss market. She then worked with AXA Corporate Solutions Paris and AIG in France where she was their Senior Financial Lines Underwriter – Commercial Major Accounts. Sophie’s last position before joining Zurich was at CNA Insurance in Paris as Financial Lines Manager. Sophie holds a Bachelor in Business Law and Master’s degree in European Law from Paris XII University.
