She will join three associates in the region working on real estate matters based in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Saudi Arabia, as well as partner Nick Turner who heads up the Middle East and North Africa real estate practice.

Nicholle has extensive experience on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious planning issues and compulsory purchase work, including advising on planning applications and ancillary documentation, environmental impact assessment, planning inquiries, section 106 and infrastructure agreements, highways, listed buildings and conservation areas, Green Belt and Metropolitan Open Land, enforcement notices and High Court challenges. Nicholle is ranked as a leading planning individual in Chambers UK and was last year profiled in The Times as one of ten future stars of the City.

Nicholle commented, “This is an exciting time for me to relocate to the region and I am looking forward to the opportunity to work on both regional and international projects, as well as developing the international planning practice in this region.”

Head of real estate, Ian Cox, commented, “Nicholle’s move is another step towards building a truly international real estate and planning practice. Her relocation will provide valuable support to the already successful real estate practice in the region, as well as continuing to support the UK practice.”

This move is further demonstration of the firm’s commitment to continuing to build an international real estate practice. Since we first opened in the Middle East in May 2007 our presence has expanded to now include a team of 10 partners and 43 associates.
