Abdul Nasser brings a formidable background in services, channel account management, sales and technical expertise to his new position. As country head for KSA, he will be responsible for executing sales and marketing strategies, business development and developing channel development strategies along with building strong customer relationships. Prior to joining Interactive Intelligence, he enjoyed a 12 year long career with Avaya in Saudi Arabia in various senior positions, the last being Territory Manager, and distinguished himself as a consistent high performer.

Abdul Nasser holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and started his career in 1998 with Lucent Technologies as a senior systems engineer and two years later was moved to Avaya when Lucent spun off its business communications group globally. He quickly rose up the ranks and held various senior executive positions – services manager, channel account manager (KSA), sales manager and finally territory manager. He was instrumental in winning several prestigious contracts for Avaya including STC, King Abdul Aziz University, Arab National Bank, King Faisal Specialist Hospital, Saudi Arabian Airlines, Al Inma Bank, besides others.
Commenting on the potential business in Saudi Arabia, “Saudi Arabia is a very strategic market.
