The Job entails overall management of the plant, from the installation stage, and includes production, maintenance, commercial and personnel function. The candidates should be able to provide leadership and motivation to the team, and interact with various local bodies.
The Production Manager provides leadership and direction to the plant in areas of responsibility including administration, production, processing, packaging, scheduling, sanitation, quality, purchasing, safety and environmental. He/she works as the liaison between the plant and all other departments.

• Creating and managing the production plant department and the plant itself • Managing supply chain including both international and local suppliers • Managing inventories and storage of goods pre and post production • Ensuring international standards are maintained especially for quality and safety • Creating and managing the teams to work the different sectors of the department • Coordinating with all departments, including sales, marketing and finance. • Provide in-depth analysis and reports to top management
Position Summary: To assist with the growth of retail operation. The position reports to the General Manager and assists in all aspects of managing the day-to-day operations of the showrooms/ stores.
Responsibilities: 1. Developing and communicating procedural policies and standards on all operational and customer service issues, including but not limited to: sales techniques, transactions, inventory management, sales reports, and opening/closing procedures according to the instructions obtained from the General Manager. 2. Assisting and supporting the General Manager with budgeting, purchasing, product development, and long and short term planning. 3. Assisting with displays and merchandising and ensuring that the team maintains store displays as directed by the General Manager. 4. Assisting with planning store events, and working in the store during peak hours and special events to maximize sales and ensure a high level of customer service. 5. Ensuring outstanding customer service by maintaining a positive work environment for the team, maintaining high customer service standards, and ensuring that the store is restocked and cleaned daily. 6. Communicating product information, discounts, promotions, and advertising to ensure all sales associates have current information and policies. 7. Overseeing procedures related to markdowns, discounts, special promotions, and other related sales and pricing. 8. Developing the store schedule and supervising the daily work flow of sales associates. 9. Performing related duties and responsibilities as required.
