General Automotive Company, the official distributor of Mitsubishi vehicles in Oman, recently completed the complete redesign of the flagship Mitsubishi Showroom located in Azaiba. The futuristic design updates the showroom to modern global standards and will soon be carried over to other Mitsubishi showrooms across Oman.
Commenting on the redesign Mark Tomlinson, General Manager of General Automotive Company said, “We are pursuing two main objectives with this new showroom: Firstly, we want to showcase Mitsubishi as a brand that offers outstanding vehicles with modern clean designs, Secondly, we are now able to offer our clients the showroom experience they expect from such a reputable brand, starting from the first initial contact to the actual handover of their vehicle. Building on our outstanding relationships with customers, the new showroom look and feel will elevate the customer experience, and is a fitting recognition of our proud 40-year track record in the Omani market.”
The new design follows a modern and elegant format that portrays a feeling of modernity, with the clean white walls and mild red lighting accents setting an ambience that reinforces the Mitsubishi brand personality. Its simplicity has another advantage of not distracting customers from the main focus of their visit – the vehicles themselves. The same colours and design elements have been have been carried over to the furniture and the vehicle podiums – further accentuating the overall look and feel of the showroom.
“Together with our recently launched revised website and Diamond Loyalty Programme, the new showroom redesign is part of our long term plans to elevate the overall customer experience. With the introduction of new vehicles and enhanced services offered by our after-sales service, our customers have a lot to look forward to in the near future,” added Mark.
