General Automotive Company (GAC), the official distributor for Mitsubishi Motors and the Mitsubishi FUSO Truck & Bus Corporation (MFTBC) in Oman, has announced the relocation of its Mitsubishi and FUSO Parts facility within Mabella.
The significantly larger facility will provide leading parts support for Mitsubishi and FUSO customers in the area and is also intended to help GAC sustain its continued growth in the parts business in Oman, where the brand has achieved significant vehicle sales increases in recent years. As GAC are the official distributor for Mitsubishi and Fuso Products in Oman the consumer can be assured that parts sold are Genuine.
Commenting on the new facility, Mark Tomlinson, General Manager of General Automotive Company said, “We are very pleased to announce the opening of the new Mitsubishi and FUSO Parts Facility in Mabella. Our goal is to further enhance our overall after sales capabilities in this rapidly expanding area with fast parts response times, quality service and comprehensive technical support. This new Centre will help us accomplish these objectives and provide a platform to increase our levels of customer service whilst further supporting our parts growth strategy.”
Further to this, the new facility will be supported by a new Central Parts Distribution centre that will be opening in the near future at a location very close by in Naseem Gardens. Once operational, this new distribution centre will hold part’s stock worth in excess of RO 2 million and provide even better coverage and availability for the Zubair Automotive brands.
