Tata Motors mulling new JLR plant in Saudi Arabia

Saudi industry minister Tawfiq Fawzan Al Rabiah has said India’s largest automobile company, Tata Motors, is exploring the possibility of setting up a manufacturing plant for Jaguar and Land Rover in the kingdom, IANS has reported. The proposed plant, which will be the third largest for manufacturing of high-end Jaguar and Land Rover cars, is to be set up eastern province of Saudi Arabia, Al Rabiah told an India-Saudi Arabia Business Forum meeting in New Delhi.
