Serviceplan Middle East, Germany’s leading independent communications agency, announced the appointment of Jan-Philipp Jahn, as General Manager of the agency.
In his new role, Jan-Philipp will oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency and will play a key role in expanding Serviceplan Middle East’s presence across the region. This includes further expanding the agency’s growing list of clientele and services in a move to deepen its strategic prowess.
Jan- Philipp Jan holds a diploma from Hamburg University. He has been part of the Serviceplan team for over 8 years, during which he has been directly in charge of managing and developing campaigns for leading companies both in Germany and the region, such as the BMW Group, Continental Tires, Tetra and Kia. Jan-Philipp worked for the Serviceplan Hamburg office for 5 years, prior to joining the Dubai office in 2011.
On a similar note, the agency also announced the appointment of Hassan Khatoun as Client Services Director.
Hassan brings a wealth of experience to the position, complemented by a highly respected operational excellence and strong leadership background after serving as Head of the Client Servicing Team at SocialEyez. He enjoys over 8 years of professional experience, during which he served clients like Samsung, Sony, Estee Lauder, HSBC and others.
In his new position, Hassan will focus on elevating Serviceplan Middle East’s account management processes through driving client service excellence, spearheading the client management team, and providing the necessary training. Additionally, Hassan will work closely with the agency’s top clients, including the BMW Group, Continental Tires, and Huawei Devices, among others, to develop integrated advertising campaigns that suit their needs and meet their overall objectives.
