Microsoft’s 2014 global digital ad share seen at 2.54%
According to estimates by research firm, eMarketer, Microsoft Corp is expected to overtake Yahoo Inc. for the first time in the $140.2bn worldwide digital advertising market, Reuters has reported. Microsoft’s global ad revenue share for 2014 is predicted at 2.54%, edging ahead of Yahoo’s 2.52% share, the report said. Google Inc. will remain No. 1 with a 31.54% share, trailed by Facebook Inc. with 7.79%, the research firm said.
