Qatar to host first Global PR Trends Summit in the Middle East
P World, one of the leading international event agencies, announced The Global PR Trends Summit will take place in Qatar for its initial event in the Middle East. The event is scheduled from June 1st to June 2nd in the W Hotel, Doha.
After its phenomenal success in 11 different European countries, the announcement highlights the growing global importance of PR in the MENA region, as one of Europe’s most innovative industry events travels to the Middle East for the first time. The event aims to bring together leading individuals, businesses and agencies from around the world to discuss global communications.
The Summit includes two days of interactive presentations and engaging discussions led by the world’s leading and most respected PR experts, including keynote presentations by Mary Jo Jacobi, the Iron Lady of PR and former VPof Communications at BP America, Royal Dutch Shell, Lehman Brothers and HSBC, and Greg Nugent, Marketing Director of the London Olympic Games.

During the two day event, regional PR professionals will be able to hear presentations on reputation management by PR Directors from Siemens and Vodafone. Social media in PR and social media measurement will be covered by Robin Hamman from Fleishman Hilliard and Anass Allouch from Virgin Active.
