June 21, 2014 2:33 am

Bahraini education ministry has banned private educational institutions from accepting any foreign scholarships or training courses without a written authorisation, Gulf Daily News has reported. Under the new regulations, a written consent will be required in advance before attending any foreign-funded courses, conferences, meetings or forums.
